The present terms and conditions of sale are concluded between the company LEPIVITS®, whose registered office is registered with the Crossroads Bank of Belgian Companies under the number 0823.239.097, hereinafter referred to as LEPIVITS® Belgium scrl, and any natural person wishing to make a purchase via the LEPIVITS® E-shop, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer". These general terms and conditions of sale are based on the latest e-commerce regulations "market practices and consumer protection" available within the European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and transposed into the new Belgian code of economic law.

E-shopping Lepivits.be offers online sales of food supplements and health packages (art.3). The Internet user has the possibility of surfing the various pages of the site and placing an order via the "add to basket" buttons (art.17). The products purchased are paid for online using one of the payment solutions offered on the site (art.7). LEPIVITS® confirms the acceptance of the order by e-mail and the products are delivered to the customer within a specified time (art.6).

3.1 - Lepi Vits Belgium is subject to the control of the FASFC* and food hygiene. The food supplements manufactured are controlled and certified by an international NUT/PL/AS number subject to the European directives in force and also have a C.N.K. reference number. Consequently, the food supplements as well as the health packages offered by LEPIVITS® are safe for the consumer, if and only if the latter respects the recommended daily dose as well as the advice for use indicated on each label. The food supplements used are composed of active, bioavailable substances, containing no preservatives, pesticides or artificial colouring.

3.2 - The customer should bear in mind that the information, dosage and properties mentioned on this site do not replace medical advice. In no case does this information constitute a preventive or curative treatment for a given pathology. Pregnant or breast-feeding women should first seek advice from a therapist before consuming supplements. Dietary supplements should be kept out of the reach of children. LEPIVITS® does not accept any responsibility for the consequences of misuse or abuse of the information provided.

3.3 - Our specialists advise to undertake cures of minimum 1 month. For more information contact us or ask your practitioner for advice. In the event of illness or discomfort, consult your professional doctor first before undertaking a long-term cure.

4.1 - The prices of our food supplements are indicated in "euros" including all taxes, packaging and processing of the order excluding transport costs.

4.2 - The prices of the products are applicable for the countries mentioned in article 6.

4.3 - LEPIVITS® reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be accounted for in relation to the prices declared at the time of your order validation.

4.4 - Promotional offers are valid during the period of validity that they mention, as well as within the limits of available stocks.

4.5 - The products remain the property of LEPIVITS® until full payment of the amount due

4.6 - LEPIVITS® is specialised in E-commerce for individuals. For any purchase of wholesale goods, intended for authorised professionals, please contact us.

4.7 - Loyalty points (bonus sheets) are granted for each euro spent on LEPIVITS.be

        Your bonus points are available for 365 days.

The products offered by LEPIVITS® are available as long as they are visible on the site and in stock. In case of stock shortage, the customer can activate a recall request via a button provided for this purpose (within the E-commerce). As soon as the product is available, an automatic alert will be generated by e-mail. In the event that a product is not available after you have placed your order, we will inform you by e-mail. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made. For your information, the debit will only be made at the time of shipment of the package.

6.1 - General information

The products purchased on LEPIVITS.be are delivered in Belgium and in several European countries: France, Monaco, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Great Britain, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, Italy, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Austria.

The products ordered are also delivered outside the European borders: Australia, Canada, United States, Turkey.

The products are sent to the delivery address mentioned during the order validation process and an e-tracking link is automatically sent by email to facilitate the tracking of the package.

The order is processed and delivered within 4 working days[1] after receipt of payment. Possible delays, in case of force majeure (strike, bad weather, etc.), do not allow the buyer to refuse the order or to claim damages. In case of delay, an e-mail will be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery date that was mentioned to you. We will propose a new delivery date. In any case, in case of delay of more than 7 days, you have the possibility to cancel your order within 60 working days, in accordance with the legal provisions. In this case, if you have received the product after your cancellation, we will proceed with the reimbursement of the product and the return costs, as soon as we receive it in its original condition.

We also invite you to regularly consult your order tracking and to send an e-mail to our customer service department for any question or in case of problem.

6.2 - Reservation clauses

You must notify LEPIVITS® of any reservations about the delivered order (for example: non-conforming products).

In the event that the delivered package is badly damaged or torn (with photos), you must quickly contact our customer service so that a pre-stamped parcel label can be sent to you and the order can be exchanged or reimbursed, depending on the case.

After contacting our customer service and according to the cases defined below (art 9.), you can benefit from the exchange and/or refund conditions provided for (art 8.).

6.3 - Customs clearance costs

Countries located outside the European borders as well as Switzerland may incur customs clearance fees. LEPIVITS® does not commit itself to assume these costs. LEPIVITS® cannot be held responsible for possible taxes resulting from a delivery in Switzerland or in a country outside the European borders.

7.1 - Payment for your purchases is made either by traditional bank cards (debit cards) or by credit cards[2] (Visa, MasterCard). Bank transfers are certified by an agency specialised in the processing of online payments called Mollie. For more information, please consult our secure payments section.

7.2 - The card is only debited when the order is shipped.

8.1 - Refunds of products in the cases referred to in Articles 6.2 and 9 will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of the date on which the right was exercised. The buyer shall exercise his right to reimbursement only after receipt of the proof of return of the products.

8.2 - The reimbursement will be made on the proposal of LEPIVITS® by crediting the bank account of the customer who placed the order. Customers who have ordered via vouchers will not receive cash and will get their vouchers back.

8.3 - The advantages obtained from the purchase of a product will be cancelled in case of return of the product accompanied by a refund of the said product.

9.1 - General information

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from the reception of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal from LEPIVITS® without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalty.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the above-mentioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed; the return costs remain at your charge.

The supply of sealed products that have been unsealed by the buyer cannot be returned for reasons of health protection and/or hygiene.

Returns must be made in their original condition and in full (packaging, advertising, products) allowing the goods to be re-marketed, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimum management.

9.2 - Return of goods:

Returns should be sent by e-mail to the address: info@lepivits.be or by Tel/Fax to 0032 2 721 16 20, mentioning the name, address and telephone number of the owner.

10.1. LEPIVITS® prepares detailed descriptions of each product, including the complete composition, characteristics and instructions for use. All its specifications are mentioned on the "product" pages of the website. LEPIVITS® cannot in any case and in any way be held responsible for damages of any kind that could result from a misuse of the marketed products (art3.2 & art3.3).

10.2. The photos are provided for illustrative purposes only. We invite you to refer to the description of each product to know the precise characteristics; and in case of doubt or if you wish additional information do not hesitate to contact us.

10.3. This website contains links to other websites. LEPIVITS® cannot be held responsible for the current or future content of these sites, nor for the content of external sites that have a link to the LEPIVITS® site®.

In no case can LEPIVITS® be held responsible for the non-respect of the regulations in force in the country of reception. The possible responsibility of LEPIVITS® is exclusively limited to the value of the product in question, determined at the date of its sale. There is no added commercial guarantee.

13.1 - All rights related to the Lepivits.be E-shop, including images, logos, web texts, e-mails and articles contained in the health blog are protected and may under no circumstances be reproduced or copied by a third party. Unless otherwise stated, all rights to the Lepivits.be website belong to LEPIVITS® Belgium SCRL.

13.2 - The company names, trademarks and distinctive signs reproduced on the LEPIVITS® sites are protected under international trademark law. The reproduction or representation of all or part of one of the above-mentioned signs is strictly forbidden and must be subject to prior written authorisation from the trademark holder.

In accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy, all the data that you entrust to us will only be used to process your order. We assure you that LEPIVITS® will not encode them or use them for any other purpose. The information provided is secured by encryption technologies.

14.1. The collection of nominative information for the purposes of distance selling is compulsory, this information being indispensable for the processing and delivery of orders. Failure to provide this information will result in the order not being validated.

14.2. Lepivits.be complies with the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 relating to the processing of personal data, revised by the law of 11 December 1998, which takes into account the European directives of 24 October 1995.

This law stipulates that the company that collects personal data must have the consent of the person concerned, that the data must be accurate and that it must be collected for a precise, clear and legal purpose. Everyone must have access to their personal data and the right to have it amended. In accordance with the law, the processing of personal data relating to customers has been declared to the Commission for the Protection of Privacy. The customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him/her, which he/she can exercise at Lepivits.be.

14.3. LEPIVITS® undertakes never to communicate the details of its customers to a third party.

14.4. The customer has the possibility to consult and also to modify his information at any time via the page "My account".

14.5. LEPIVITS® will at all times respect the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of rectification - you can request that your information be updated or corrected
• Right to be forgotten - you can request that your information be permanently deleted
• Right to portability - you can request that your information be transferred to another organisation
• Right to object - you can seek to prohibit certain uses of your personal data
• Right of access - you have the right to know what personal data has been collected about you and how it is used.

This contract (based on an invoice) between the seller and the buyer is subject to Belgian law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute between the seller and the buyer, the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.

Depending on your choices made when creating your account, especially when subscribing to the newsletter, you will receive promotional offers or updated articles written by LEPIVITS®. If you no longer wish to be a subscriber, you may request this at any time by using the unsubscribe links included in our messages.

Our site is also designed to be particularly attentive to the needs of our customers. This is one of the reasons why we use cookies. The purpose of the cookie is to indicate your visit to our site. Cookies are therefore only used by LEPIVITS® to improve the personalised service we offer you.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by LEPIVITS® constitute the proof of all transactions between LEPIVITS® and its customers.

Any order placed implies the customer's acceptance of the use of the product, its virtues and their general conditions of sale.
